The company continued to expand its client base and moved to its current premises in 1987 where they evolved into a mortgage brokers dealing mainly with mortgages. They discontinued providing life assurance and motor insurance as their mortgage market grew, but continued to provide home insurance as that continued to be a thriving market due through their mortgage clients.
Recently the company has reintroduced life assurance in relation to providing mortgage cover and has access to some unregulated products. This is a growing market and due to their mortgage client base it continues to expand.
The company is currently looking to expand further and increase the amount of mortgage business received both directly from clients and also from introducers/refferals. This is being done both through effective, efficient and proffesional processing of current applications that will mean that existing and former clients recommend us. Also advertising in the media will be used.
